If you wanted some really good and better animations you can use SonyVegas , Photoshop ,
AdobeAfterEffects. 

By using the programs i mentioned above you'll have to take a long time to make it and more time to learn it, There is a hundred of videos on Youtube that will show you how to make some animated artwork

But, if you want the easy way you can use some alternative website, with this website you'll make some animated artworks but with less quality.

•You'll Use Steam Design To Download The Background that you have with long images that you can apply to your steam profile (Middle And Side Artwork inside the zip)

•Next Is GIF MAKER To make GIFs that you'll use into your steam artwork. how to use : 
1.Open website
2.Create
3.Choose the background that you just downloaded
4.Be creative
5.Upload Your GIF
6.Download Your GIF
(You can make GIFs for the middle and the side artwork)

Upload your artwork into the steam (Shortcut to upload your artwork into steam)
Once you choose the file, Follow these steps to make your artwork long
1.Press F12 (Inspect Element)
2.Click "Console" in the Inspect Element
3.Copy Paste This Code into the console : document.getElementsByName("image_width")[0].value = 999999;document.getElementsByName("image_height")[0].value = 1;
4.Click "Certify that i created this artwork"
5.Save and upload, do the same thing for the side artwork

CUSTOM PROFILE FONT.

     This section will show you how to have custom text in for example your description box or anything of that sort. For example,

To achieve such fancy text, you'll have to go to this website http://fancytext.blogspot.co.id/.

  Once there, you'll be able to choose letters with different fonts to form a word. Finnaly, just copy (ctrl + c) that text and paste (ctrl + v) it anywhere.

Levels

Steam Levels.
 
       If you want your steam profile to look much better you have to spend a little bit of money to buy badges for your steam levels, you have to level up your steam levels into 10 (20 for more better).
When your steam level are at 10 you unlock showcase into your profile, For Example :












   



When your steam levels are at 20 you can unlock more showcase, same thing when you had 30,40 or more then you can add more showcase.

    •There are three main reasons which demonstrate the importance of levels.

First, Being a higher profile typically shows you care about your account and want to appear at the top of your friends list.

Second, Being a higher profile is typically seen to be more "legit". for example, a scammer isn't gonna be level 50 (most of them) because they dont want their account get banned after spending much time and money into the account.

Third, Being respect, example if someone is level 100 you'll see that they have alot of comments saying "+rep" or "+rep Nice Guy" and more. You might also get hated comments
